First Lien Filed on Landmark Hotel

The Tyvek Tower and the beleagured Halsey Minor have had the first mechanics lien filed against them, The Hook's Lindsey Barnes reports. And the hotel's former developer, Lee Danielson, expects more: "I know people on this project who are owed everything from $3,000 to more than $300,000.”
