University of Virginia Entering 13th Year of Refusing To Pay All Workers A Living Wage

According to a recent UVA Study, 1/4 of Virginians are on the brink of poverty.  But in order to be termed the #1 "Best Value" public school by The Princeton Review, costs must be carefully monitored.

you ought to back this claim up. what is a living wage? who isn't making it?
should a UVA foodservice worker make a "living wage" while a Mickey D's worker does not, just because they're a university employee?
